WE CANNOT SEND FREE ITEMS FOR EVENTS. We literally get hundreds of requests a year and simply cannot give our products away for free to everyone who requests them.
We do offer special discounts for City, County, & State Organizations who are promoting geocaching through parks or educational programs. We want to help those who are keeping geocaching alive & well! Please email us the information on your event prior to placing your order & we can either email you a coupon code or put together a special package for you.
Each year we allot a (generous) set amount of products & donations for children’s groups such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Special Needs, etc. We wish we could donate to ALL children’s groups but that is impossible so we go on a “first-come-first-served” basis. When requesting your children’s group to be a part of our program, please let us know the approximate ages involved so we can help you choose appropriate containers for their enjoyment, as well as the date of the event. If chosen to participate your package will be provided free of charge. We even pay for the shipping!
