PLEASE NOTE: Covid-19 and the US Post Office problems have caused unusual delays in delivery time both within the US and overseas. This is beyond our control. If delays do occur, they are usually just a day or so. Please be patient, they’re doing the best they can too!
We use only quality mailing and packaging materials to make sure your purchases arrive to you on time and undamaged. The cost of those materials are included in your shipping & handling fee. If you feel the shipping calculator is not giving you an accurate quote, please contact us prior to ordering. If you have a large order the shipping amount may be showing higher than it actually is due to it adding packing material weight to each item.
If using Paypal, please double-check your shipping address on your Paypal account prior to completing your order. We ship to those addresses (labels are generated automatically) and we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address on your account, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to re-ship your package to the correct address.
We will ship your purchase within 4 business days of checkout, usually through USPS, and you should usually receive your package within 9 business days in the Continental US. We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods (ie: First Class Package vs. Priority Mail or Parcel Post), especially on smaller packages that weigh less than 13 ounces combined weight–any package over 13 ounces will be shipped using the method you choose at checkout.
International orders will take longer and we make no guarantees on delivery times. There are some countries we do not ship to due to past problems or poor relations with the US. If a shipping cost doesn’t show up in your cart you’re either in one of those countries or you’ve chosen the wrong shipping method. For International orders, First Class Mail is usually the cheapest shipping option. That being said, First Class does not offer tracking availability and WE WILL MAKE NO REFUNDS ON PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED IF YOU CHOOSE FIRST CLASS MAIL. No exceptions will be made. To date we have never had a package lost, but with First Class there is more chances of that happening so please keep in mind before choosing shipping method.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can’t afford to lose. We will assist in filing a claim should you have one but our responsibility ends at the time a package is inspected and accepted by the US Post Office.
LOCAL DELIVERY: If you live in or around the Springfield MO area and would like to arrange to pick up your order please contact us at email@example.com for a coupon code. Our checkout system does not allow a no shipping charge method but we can give you a coupon code equal to the shipping amount to zero it out.
If you have an urgent need for some caches (hey we know how you are) make sure you note in the checkout box on Paypal that you need them asap and we’ll do all we can to accommodate.
